Making good decisions with confidence can be quite challenging these days!
In this interactive webinar, we will learn:
- How to create mental space to make good decisions
- Common pitfalls of decision-making and how to manage them; and
- A process for decision-making that includes asking the right questions; generating, assessing, and testing good options; managing decision-making fails; and using a learning process to keep improving.
For those interested in diving deeper into your leadership growth, join us for a 4-week virtual group coaching experience to help you develop the leadership skills and approaches needed to influence on the job. We will tackle a different influence challenge every week, as decided by the group.
