The LEGO Group is creating industry leading insights to uncover the topics that are most important to their stakeholder base and which segments of people care the most about their Planet Promise agenda.  This knowledge plays a role in their strategic planning as well as defining the most engaging ways to communicate with their partners.  

 

 

PRESENTER:

Lauren O'Hara

As Director of Corporate Responsibility with The LEGO Group, Lauren uses her passion for “understanding the why behind consumer behavior” to ensure the LEGO Group lives up to their Planet Promise with engaging sustainability programs.   She uses her past LEGO experience leading LEGO’s customer satisfaction and industry analysis teams to ensure the programs they create delight stakeholders of all types. 

Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Lauren honed her brand building and consumer intuition skills with Proctor and Gamble, Johnson and Johnson and Yankee Candle where she was responsible for building brand and retail concepts grounded in consumer led design thinking. 

Lauren holds a Bachelors in Political Science with a minor in Russian from the University of Michigan.  She also received a Russian language degree from the Defense Language Institute during her time with the US Army Reserves Military Intelligence.
