Sustainability professionals like us, no matter what our official titles, lead and drive change daily. This almost always requires us to persuade and collaborate with others to get the results we want. But those we wish to influence juggle many competing priorities, are overworked and have lots of distractions. Those we wish to influence often report to different parts of the organization or are in other organizations entirely. Those we wish to influence often don’t yet care about what you do, the same way you do. And if we’re honest, sometimes those we wish to influence don’t yet like or trust us or our cause.
Let’s work to change that! In this one-hour webinar you will:
- Better understand the benefits of influence;
- Learn the foundational personal leadership traits and assets that make you more influential;
- Understand the basic steps to strategic influence; and
- Take away next steps to apply what you have learned.
