These are some crazy times. In times of crisis, it’s difficult to focus.

Even in normal times, we sustainability professionals must typically juggle competing priorities as we manage change within our organizations and initiatives. We must deal with constant disruption, interruptions and distractions as we lead change.

Focus is a skill we can develop. Focus frees up time and energy so we can work on what matters most and get the right things done, with high quality. Focus helps us achieve what we want most, while maintaining a work-life balance.

The learning objectives for this webinar are to:

  • Understand the benefits of focus and what gets in the way
  • Know how to create an activity filter based on what’s most important
  • Learn tools and approaches to reduce and eliminate energy and attention leaks
  • Learn how to create space for  focused “deep work”
  • Learn how to organize your schedule to optimize your focus
