These are turbulent times. At ISSP we are committed to our offer — providing peer-to-peer connection, learning, and inspiration in support of you, our community, and in support of the important work we are advancing collectively. This webinar will help you to develop focus so that you can work on what matters most and with high quality. Focus is a skill we can all cultivate. And it is essential to maintaining a work-life balance.
Even in normal times, we sustainability professionals typically confront competing priorities and disruptions as we manage change across our initiatives. Maintaining focus can be challenging. In times of crisis, it can be even more difficult.
The learning objectives for this webinar are to:
- Understand the benefits of focus and what gets in the way
- Know how to create an activity filter based on what’s most important
- Learn tools and approaches to reduce and eliminate energy and attention leaks
- Learn how to create space for focused “deep work”
- Learn how to organize your schedule to optimize your focus
In the spirit of generosity during this challenging moment, we are making this a free offering to all. ISSP members will have first access to live attendance and participation in an on-line discussion forum. However, all registrants will receive the webinar recording and related resources.
